Shipping Policies

We know shipping costs can be a little crazy. That's why we offer flat rate shipping for only $10 across all of North America, and free shipping if you order over $70.

For the rest of the world, we have a flat standard shipping rate of $15 and free standard shipping if you order over $100! Some countries and exceptions apply (as some countries are currently not accepting international orders due to COVID-19). 

Some standard shipped packages for international customers do not include tracking scans.

If you prefer to have your package sooner and with tracking - you may opt to pay for express shipping for $30 (outside of North America). 

We try to be as speedy as possible when processing your orders! We hand dye our hijabs so it can take up to 7 business days to process and ship your order as long as it is in stock. You will receive an email once it has been shipped. 

If you placed an order as a "pre-order" when items are out of stock - your order will ship 2-4 weeks from the time you placed your order. We are working around the clock to get as many hijabs dyed as fast as we can, but we can only work so fast! As soon as we get our raw goods delivered to us, we start dying them right away. We have seen a very high demand for our hijabs and magnets and we cannot thank you enough for the support - but please bear with us as we navigate how to do this quickly and smoothly! We appreciate your patience. 

International orders, outside of Canada, may be subject to duties and customs fees. The delivery agent will collect these fees when your order is delivered. These fees will be covered by you, as the customer. For more information - contact your local customs office.

If you need your order delivered as soon as possible, you can opt to pay for express shipping. We will ship your order via a courier service to deliver it to you faster (like Fedex or UPS). Otherwise, the estimated delivery dates provided are only an approximation, and actual delivery times can be longer due to factors outside of our control. We do not accept any responsibility resulting from any delays caused during transit.

No need to calculate! We offer a flat rate shipping rate for North America and the rest of the world. If you prefer to have your package faster than standard shipping (if you live internationally) you may opt to pay express shipping to get it faster! 

Please note, many of our standard shipped packages do not include tracking scans - these may take a few weeks to arrive to your door. We are not responsible for lost packages. This is why we highly recommend that you purchase express shipping with tracking when shipping abroad, as it is the fastest way to receive and locate your package at all times.

Generally our customers receive their packages within North America in about 1-2 weeks from the time of shipping (sometimes less).

Standard shipped international orders can take 4-6 weeks (and in some cases 8 weeks) - but keep in mind these are only estimates and can change according to the carrier. 

We are not responsible for slow transit times, especially during the pandemic!

If you would like your package sooner (internationally) you are welcome to purchase express shipping.

Refund Policy

We want you to love your Lala Hijabs! Which is why we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Each piece is quality checked prior to packaging, but if in the rare event you receive a defective hijab - we will send you a new one (shipping on us)! 

If for any reason you need to make a return, you may do so within the first 14 days after receiving your hijabs as long as they are unworn and in their original packaging. We do not cover return shipping, so you will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us.

You can contact us with your return questions at anytime by emailing us at returns@lalahijabs.com with your order number and name.

Lala Hijabs reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange.

Any of the hijabs that are purchased under the "oops mystery hijabs" are final sale as they are heavily discounted and contain minor defects as mentioned in the product description.

Hijab friendly masks, scrunchies and underscarves are non-returable - for hygiene reasons.

We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. In that case, you may return the order in its original packing for a full refund (less the shipping fees). 

By clicking the PLACE ORDER button, you are agreeing to the terms of our return and cancellation policies.

Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
