IMPORTANT NOTE
While we do our best to keep all of the designs the same as the photos you see on our website, there will be some slight variations in the patterns.
The colors in our photos are all edited to be as true to real life color as possible, but we cannot guarantee they will be the exact same color as what you are viewing the photos on as each device is different.
Return Policy
We want you to love your Lala Hijabs! Which is why we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Each piece is quality checked prior to packaging, but if in the rare event you receive a defective hijab - we will send you a new one (shipping on us)!
If for any reason you need to make a return, you may do so within the first 14 days after receiving your items as long as they are unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. Maxi dresses are also eligible for a return as long as the hang tag has not been removed - if it has been removed, it does not qualify for a return.
How to submit a return request
Click the profile icon in our store's navigation, or click here.
Log in to your account:
1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
1. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
2. Select a return reason and add a note with your reason to return those items.
3. Click "Submit request".
If your return request is approved - you will get instructions on where to send the product back for a refund or exchange.
We do not cover return shipping or duties/taxes for import back to Canada, so you will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us and paying any incurring fees for import (we will deduct any customs charges from the refund amount).
You can contact us with your return questions at anytime by emailing us at returns@lalahijabs.com with your order number and name.
Lala Hijabs reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange.
Non returnable items
The following items are final sale and do not qualify for a return:
-Oops Mystery Hijabs
-Scrunchies
-Underscarves
-Charity collections (including our Free Palestine collection) as profits are donated to charity
-Last chance items

Order Cancellation
We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. In that case, you may return the order in its original packaging for a full refund (less the shipping fees).
By clicking the PLACE ORDER button, you are agreeing to the terms of our return and cancellation policies.
Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
